Queens Club Feeling Hopeful!
Our game nights are always filled with fun and inspiration. Our event at Hope Renovations did this in the best way possible. We thank Nora Spencer and her team for hosting us in their nonprofit's workshop for poker with a purpose. We loved learning how this impactful organization trains women and non-binary neighbors so they can secure well-paying careers in building trades After a great night of cards among the hammers, we celebrated our evening's winner, Melissa Watkins who designated her winnings of $1,600 to benefit Giftability.
Giftability empowers children living with disabilities, by gifting them the adaptive equipment needed to participate in sports, athletics and recreation. It has a special place in Queens Club hearts since it was founded by one of our regular dealers, Dr. Michael Dearinger, and his wife CJ. They are the best and we are happy to come full circle to give back to them when they've supported our local club from the start.

5:30 PM – Social time + light supper (we’ll bring the food, you bring your favorite beverage)
6:15 PM – Cards hit the table for three lively rounds of Texas Hold ’Em
$100 ante to play 👉 Make your donation by July 8 to secure your seat
After round three, the top five chip leaders will face off at the Final Table to claim the crown as Queen of the Night. The winner’s pot goes to the charity of her choice.
Bring your game face, your favorite drink, and your favorite cause.
Let’s deal, laugh, and make a difference—one hand at a time.
THE QUEENS CLUB WAY:
Show up with the QC vibe: Help our community while contributing to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
Be generous: Additional buy-ins are welcome after the first and second rounds for those feeling lucky (or just wanting more fun) but never required.
Winner takes all: Each night produces one winner with all net proceeds going to her nonprofit of choice.
