Every November, Queens Club brings together members and guests from clubs across the area for an unforgettable evening of poker in downtown Raleigh.

The tournament typically attracts 60–80 women, from complete beginners to experienced players who have played in casinos. What brings everyone together is something even bigger than poker: a shared desire to give back to our community.

How the night plays out

  1. Dinner & mingling

The evening follows a format similar to our local club play, beginning with time to socialize and enjoy dinner before everyone heads to the tables for three rounds of poker.

  2. The Final Table

At the end of those three rounds, the five players with the highest chip counts advance to the Final Table.

  3. Meet the finalists

Before play begins, each finalist shares her poker name and introduces the nonprofit she is playing for.

  4. Winners give back

When the final round is complete, the top three finishers are recognized, and their designated nonprofits receive a portion of the proceeds raised that evening.

“The All In Tournament is the best example of how we ‘play poker with a purpose’ in a way that is fun, engaging and raises lots of money for our community nonprofits”
