$2,525 to World Central Kitchen for WNC!
The Calamity Janes were proud to host their third 2024 poker night on October 3rd with a “Celebrating Autumn!” theme. Following the devastation from Hurricane Helene, we were ecstatic to get together to play on behalf of our friends just down the road in Western North Carolina. This quarter’s winner was our good friend Cheyanne Headen, whose incredible poker face got her to the winner’s table to secure $2,525 for World Central Kitchen! We are so proud of you, Chey!
A Special Round of Thanks
As always, we’re so grateful to our stellar dealers and pit boss for making the event a smashing success. We must also give a big shoutout and thank you to our friends at Raleigh Founded (Gateway Plaza) for hosting us, and our friends at Chick-Fil-A for feeding us! See you in November!

Calamity Janes Q2 Poker Night

Hi, ladies - it's Calamity Janes Poker time!
This quarter's theme is....*DRUMROLL* Spring Fling! Feel free to come dressed in whatever makes you feel like the empowered spring, flower child you are; sundresses, florals, flower-crowns galore are welcome and encouraged!
We will have dinner for you to enjoy from 6 - 6:30p -- courtesy of our very kind friends at Relish! Our pitboss and dealers will kick the games off sharply at 6:30p, with the winner and her charity of choice being announced thereafter.
For those that have played poker before, we will be playing Texas Hold'em, and if you've never played... DON'T WORRY! We always go over all the rules & regulations and do a practice round before the real games begin - and honestly, the newbies usually play better anyway so don't let being a rookie stop you from joining us ;)
There is plenty of parking lot and street parking downtown near Junction West, but please drive responsibly if you plan to drink; we will have a Lyft code for anyone who needs it!
